What we provide

SUX builds a website for a local service business, publishes it at a URL under mysitesux.dev, and sends that business one link.

A proposal, not your site

A page at that URL is an offer, not your website. It stays ours until you claim it. We can take it down, and unless you claim it we delete it after 60 days.

Claiming starts a subscription

Claiming a page starts a paid subscription, billed at the price shown on the checkout page at the time you claim it. We do not state a price here — you see it before you pay anything.

You can delete it

The button on the page deletes it, permanently, whether or not you have claimed it. That also puts your business on a permanent list we check before contacting anyone again.

Acceptable use

Use a claimed page for your own business. Do not use it to impersonate another business, to publish anything unlawful, or to interfere with how the site or the service around it runs.

No warranty

Pages and the service around them are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising from your use of a page or the service around it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
